I have been using Bluehost for 2 weeks now and find the service unacceptable. The site experiences at least an hour of outage everyday. I called the customer support and instead of giving any help they just said that I have a local ISP issue. I have contacted friends around the world but no body is able to pull up my site. And after repeated requests I have decided to pull the plug on the website at Bluehost because of there non existent customer support.

I use many host providers and BlueHost is not definitely the best but they are okay if you want more space for less payment. They have 99.5% uptime and although of late it has dropped because they are upgrading servers and stuff. Their customer care support is okay. It is not as tech savvy as it ought to be. Mail has relatively higher outages as compared to anything else but I guess that is okay. For the price they offer their services it is certainly manageable. You just need to be prompt at asking questions and do not bug them with wasteful inquiries they are quite helpful. During the peak time there are queues in support but the rest of the time it is great. The reply is prompt and mostly helps solve the problem. I would recommend them if you are not to profit savvy.

I started using BlueHost a couple of months back as they came highly recommended. I don’t know how people could woo for such a pathetic web host. From starting they showed that they did not care for customers and their customer care representatives have such negative attitudes. I got no answers for any of my technical problems. They seem to have poor management skills and seem short staffed as well. The calls go unanswered and the emails are hardly ever returned with answers except “we are looking into the matter”. When you do get hold of any one of them they are so rude you seem to pity yourself for calling. I would not in any case recommend anybody to use BlueHost.

It’s been almost a year now, using Bluehost and have had excellent results. I have had many sites on Bluehost and haven’t been disappointed by its service. I have never faced any problem of my site being down and if it’s the case then it is only for few minutes. I am very much impressed by their online tech support which has always been very responsive and when I have a issue they help through it as fast as possible. My overall experience with Bluehost has been great.

I have been using BlueHost for 4 years now and am quite happy with the services they offer at the price they offer. They are prompt with customer care. You are hardly switched from operator to operator and they do not shift you out if you demand size on server increases. The customer care staff is polite and calmly helps you through your problems step by step. The uptime is 99 % which is awesome and there are hardly any outages. Plus the fact they do not host pornographic web sites is big breather. They have stuck through the policy through thick ad thin. With the upgrades on server going on I believe they would be better than ever in the coming months. I would recommend it to one and all.

It has been a year using Bluehost. I am forced to access my site either directly or through control panel and my account remain frozen for around 1 to 5 minutes. Whenever I try to contact support I always get same response that they seem no problem on their side. It must be the problem with my router or ISP. Regarding this I took several steps by using different computers with different ISP’s, having different people try at the same time from different places and also by using proxy servers. But still I am facing the same problem, no matter what access point is used. However Bluehost refuses to acknowledges any problems on their end. This is completely unacceptable for any business application. It’s been so common nowadays, you go to site that froze for 30 seconds plus and just and moved on? Also Bluehost monitors just 3 sites, which for a shared host with hundreds of server’s and many sites per server which at the end means nothing.

Hey folks you will not believe this but I have been a customer for years with BlueHost with multiple websites hosted under my own domain. They were rock solid for 3 years but for the last year or so their service has been in shambles. I don’t know whether they are overselling the space or their people just quit the support has been pathetic for the last year. After sending numerous emails for a year I complaint against them with BBB of Utah. Guess what next thing I know my website or in short my web services have been terminated without any notice. Well its shows that they are inept at delivering their promises and whenever any complaint is filed against them they just shut down the complainant. I will not recommend anyone to use BlueHost for internet presence.

I have been using BlueHost for over two years now and frankly speaking they are not that great. I have to fight every time with customer care to gather support and they just don’t give a bother. They just try to convince me that errors are in my application and most of the time they are wrong. BlueHost is no good for a serious business website.

Been a blue host customer for 18 months now and their availability support and performance has gone down hill steadily. The site has severe performance issues and takes ages to load a static page. There is no concept of customer care and a call will have almost 20 25 minutes hold time. Then they will take the problem information, sound sympathetic and then will say “we will get out tech guy to sort it out for you.” And trust me they never do. I am going to move my website from them and would recommend no one to use web hosting by BlueHost. Although they are cheap they do no offer any services at all. Their servers are pathetic and they should shut down their company because they are scar on the face of web hosting.

I have hosted my site with BlueHost for a couple of months now and don’t seem to understand what problem people are complaining about. Initially I had some glitches and the customer support asked me to update my DNS settings for Lycos package. The website was up and running in a couple of hours and has had excellent download speed throughout. Awesome logging facilities and 99 % uptime. I just love it.

I have been in phase with many hosting providers and researched a lot on them. Bluehost may not me #1 when it comes to reviews but it’s been on the top 5 or top 10 ever since I found them. I get 99.7% uptime, according to me it was pretty good for the price, but one of the organizations had us switch to a new provider due to my data. I monitor my service for 3 organizations with Nagios. After switching, we got 99.3%. We’re thinking of switching again. Though Mail has a few outages and .3% downtime but overall they are barely noticeable. Online customer support is great and I have never faced any problem regarding it.

I have been with BlueHost for over a year now. The uptime for the site is around 90% and the customer support is not that great. They never seem to bother to inform if there is a scheduled outage and it is outrageous if the site is down for hours together for no apparent reason. They need to improve their uptime and customer support to become a truly great web hosting company.

I have been using Bluehost for around 2 weeks and already my experience with it hasn’t been great. I experienced a 10 minutes outage earlier tonight and it is really unacceptable for me. Presently I am facing a 1 hour outage and am still ongoing. I contacted support on this issue but they told me that it’s a local ISP issue and not their problem. With reference to this I contacted my online friends around the world but even they cannot reach my site. I once again contacted support regarding this but they once again state that it’s just a problem with ISPs reaching Bluehost, not their problem.

As soon as I hosted my website with BlueHost it started giving problems. I ran a tracer and found out there was a state relay problem. I called them up and asked them to put a ticket for state relay and they flat out refused and then hung up on me. Calling back again was no use as nobody would even listen to me and they were quite rude. I ended up moving my website to another host
