I joined Imhosted as a skeptical not believing any of the good reviews about them. I had decided I would prove everybody wrong about the Imhosted 99.995% uptime guarantee. But I have to admit it regretfully that they are indeed very good at what they do. I hired a server monitoring service to look up my website and was surprised that my website just went down for a couple of minutes a month. The servers are fast and have never noticed them locked up or down. When I first joined there customer care was very professional and as a true skeptic I thought they were being polite before I paid them. Surprise Surprise they are still the same. Dedicated 24 7 service is incredible. A techie is always round the corner and the phone lines are never jammed. I think it is good enough to say Imhosted is the best web hosting service out there.

I have had the best web hosting experience with Imhosted. Initial problems included problems with their control panel, email, some shell glitches (man didn’t work at first), and some confusion with the Exim MTA. But it did not deter me because of the excellent customer care they offer. I was really impressed with the uptime and the great download speed. I would recommend everybody to host their site on Imhosted. Totally worth the money spent.

Imhosted is the best web host yet. They offer plenty of features that include lots of disk space, unlimited bandwidth and fabulous customer care support. They have a very fast network, very supporter team, and feature packed service packages. They also have reseller business plan which makes cost of progressive websites cheaper. All in all the best package anybody can get.

I have been using ImHosted for almost two years now and am very happy and satisfied with their overall package. I am using a gold reseller accounts, selling accounts further to a third party and have never received a complaint from my customers. For me the technological support is very nice and does solve all my issues. All my sites are also working fine and take very less time for loading. On an all I am monitoring close to 600 sites as a reseller and have never faced a major issue. Thumbs up to Imhosted.

Imhosted offers everything you could dream of from a web hosting service. For the bare minimum amount the range of services is incredible. Well there customer support kind of sucked 3 years back but now the customer care support has taken a full round turn. The problems which used to take 6-7 hours for reply are returned promptly within 10 minutes or less. Extremely competent staff with techies on the side resolves matters in a jiffy. I think anybody who doesn’t use Imhosted as web hosting tool doesn’t know what he is missing.

I’ve been with Imhosted for a couple of years now and have certainly never experienced most of the problems highlighted by other people with their host. Live server upgrades, websites hacked and inaccessible email are not my experiences with Imhosted. That said, I have also experienced some extremely speedy support with a staff with impeccable English and great technical skills. I would probably be hesitant to use Imhosted to host sites for other people, as it might slow down the good thing they have got running there. But on a serious note if you ever want to host a website host it through Imhosted. The 99.995% uptime is for real and have never to my experience learnt of server shutdown. All this and the bare minimum rates make them one of the best in the web hosting business.

I have been with Imhosted for a couple of years now and you would be surprised to know that I am actually satisfied despite the bad reviews all across the web. The customer care support is great and they are extremely helpful but their automated help is full of glitches. I changed my email id and updated on their server but received no confirmation mails. Finally I had to call up and get it rectified. But all in all a great web hoster but albeit on the cheaper side. I think one should go for it.

I’ve had a website with this company for over 6 months. In the beginning their support was just average but now it has dramatically improved. When I had an issue it took 6 hours for an average reply. Now all my tickets get replied within 10 minutes — sometimes even shorter. They have completely turned around 360 degrees. Another good feature about this company is their network. It hardly goes down and transfers are incredibly fast. All this plus the extremely polite staff never gets irritated no matter how many times you call in to ask the same question. For those looking for reliable web hosting I would highly recommend Imhosted. The only complaint I have is they do not offer dedicated servers. I give IMHOSTED an A- rating.

Great prices, Great services.
Great hosting and services against cheapest prices. I had been doing a lot of research prior to settling for a hosting company and found that all of them offered somewhat same prices with very less differences. However, when I had a look at the packages of Imhosted I was taken by surprise. What I got was dirt cheap prices against two times the web space and bandwidth. I promptly purchased the basic package from Imhosted and must say that have faced no issues till date. My site has an uptime of 100% and has never been down in the last Five months. I am really satisfied with their services and they also offer a helpful and intelligent customer support.

I have been using Imhosted and my website has been rock stable and trouble free with Imhosted. I have had no trouble with network/server configuration as well as there uptimes is 99.9 % as they say. Their customer care support rocks and reply is prompt and to the point. Phone lines are never jammed and live chat/phone is an awesome option. I would recommend it to one and all.

As a user of this host for over 3 years I can say that this site is incredibly underrated. I would be honest that My reason for using it was strictly that 3 years ago they offered a competitive price, however, as technology has significantly improved competitors now offer higher prices while their price have stayed the same and their servers have become bigger and more and more reliable. My users constantly complain that they do not have anything to complain about. While on other hosts my websites user are infinitely block when there is an overload Imhosted maintains the integrity and responsibility by never blocking anybody however big the server load. I would not mind them paying more even if they tripled their price that’s how good they are.

Imhosted Are Excellent.
I have used Imhosted for a large no of websites over last three years and am amazed at their services, you just won’t believe that I have not even received a single error or malfunction from their side. From the beginning itself all its packages are excellent and are dirt cheap when compared to others. Right after that the customer- tech support is too superior and in rare occurrence of a problem the reply is prompt. They also take care to reply to any e-mail within thirty minutes.
The shared plans offered by Imhosted are also very efficient. I am hosting two of my media sites on hosting from this company and require uploading terabytes of data weekly. Till date the uploading has been as smooth as possible.
All in all, my experience with Imhosted is truly an overwhelming one I am looking forward to maintain association with them. A strong recommendation to all those who are looking for a web hosting.
