I use many host providers and Lunarpages not definitely the best but they are okay if you want more space for less payment. They have 80% uptime and although of late it has dropped because they are upgrading servers and stuff. Their customer care support is okay. It is not as tech savvy as it ought to be. Mail has relatively higher outages as compared to anything else but I guess that is okay. For the price they offer their services it is certainly manageable. You just need to be prompt at asking questions and do not bug them with wasteful enquiries they are quite helpful. During the peak time there are queues in support but the rest of the time it is great. The reply is prompt and mostly helps solve the problem. I would recommend them if you are not to profit savvy.

Lunarpages are the worst web hosting service ever. Well they claim to have the best support team and prompt responses but this is not the case actually. On an average you have to wait for 3 days before a response arrives and not the two hours they claim. The most important thing they don’t actually look at the problem just pick the keywords and respond. I m working on publisher and they keep sending me solutions for FrontPage. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I have just renewed my Lunarpages account that completed two years of its purchase. Prior to purchasing hosting form LunarPages I was with ipowerweb (now known as iPower) and they were horrible. You can find the same in my reviews of ipower. However, Lunarpages has been the opposite, providing quality hosting. In these two years my website went down only once and that too for a duration of two hours. Their support is also extremely friendly and responsive.
All in all if you are looking for an affordable and reliable host, Lunarpages is the way to go.

I have been with lunarpages for a couple of months and I had no idea why people kept complaining till I chanced upon this. I had not pushed any limits on my website so as I could push my website with a bang. I completed payments for a year and two days later my email crashed. I called up customer support, waited for 25 minutes almost and then got a guy who could not help me in any way. He could not tell why the email crashed, or when it would be up again? Well when I told him I am going to take off my website for his unprofessional behavior he was very short and told me do whatever you want to. We are not repaying you back. Such unprofessional behavior. Please do not use Lunarpages for any web hosting at all.

LunarPages has been a reliable and value-for-money webhost for me. I have not faced any site downtime till yet. The tech support is also very responsive and has answered most of my problems efficiently and quickly. I still remember before I got LunarPages, I was glancing through their site and made a query to them and to my surprise I got the reply in less than six minutes. This made me go for this company and I never regretted my decision. The bandwidth, webspace and services are far more superior and all in all I give LunarPages 10/10. I would like to recommend them to each and everyone out here.

Well I never thought any web hosting service could give such poor service and help as given by lunar pages. They say they are very user friendly and great for first time web hosters but they lie. All that they claim on there website such as free publishing software worth $250 is a big load of crap. You only get trial version for 7 days then you have to pay for it also. Please do not host any web pages with Lunarpages.

We are a small web designing company which hosts all of our customers with Lunarpages. We’ve been doing so since they were first introduced, 6 years ago.
They’ve truly been a blessing to us. Thanks to the automatic billing, we have no qualms over it since the time we are linked with them. As a web designing company our self we know the importance of accurate billing.
The pricing is also very fair; at times I wonder how they manage to provide their services at such low prices. Frankly, it did make me a bit worried that at such low prices their services will worsen in the future. However none of that happened; hats off. The uploading and downloading speeds are also very good.

I have been using Lunarpages for 3 years and their services have degraded continuously over time. Well it is an average site but don’t even think of making profit on this website. The support is unreliable at best and the servers are masters of their own will. They can crash any day. I don’t know for sure but there uptime is close to around 80% and the email outages all the time. Their fabulous policies might yank you your website out at anytime and without warnings of course. The websites could take months together to come online again. I lost my adsense advertisement because of them. Thanks for nothing you losers. I would recommend anybody thinking of using this website to think 10 times again before saying yes to them.
