Nobody should use their services, rather than assisting they will misguide you about your problem. Don’t talk about the technology that they have, it is useless and don’t even take your problem seriously forget about solving them. Their servers go down every now and then which creates problem in accessing my site, as every time setting need to be changed for making it work in proper manner. They work slowly while responding your problems and close out tickets before solving your problem. There are so stubborn they sometimes directly refuse to solve your problem.

Beware of this web hosting pad services. They have recently upgraded there servers and now we can no longer utilize FrontPage for designing. This was done without introducing any warning s and the major problem is that there websites still list FrontPages as one of the supported designers. The Cpaanel interface is great but for that much price I will never ever join them again and would recommend you to follow suit.

Worthless host
I must really say use any other services available but don’t use their services. Their wrong and meaningless answers to your problem will fetch you nothing. They work too slow on your and sometimes close tickets before your problem is solved. They don’t even assure you that they will take some measures to solve your problems and forget about the guarantee that the problem will not happen again in future. When I tried to access my site I was unable to do so. Don’t try to use any type of CMS such as typo3, they will not support them. There are many hosts available for use without any problems or at least not having those problems that exist in WHP.

Web hosting pad is a complete fraud and a waste of time. They provide TERRIBLE customer service. I sent them an email, and hours later when I got a response they wanted to know if I was a customer and I had put my customer info in the email. Tech people are idiots and they can not help you with anything. It is always fault in application, ISP provider and never any fault with them. They add on tons of fees that they don’t refund even when you cancel during 100% money back guarantee. You do not even get decent answers from them. The servers crash all the time and you may not obviously upload any new scripts. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!! They are horrible!!!! Worst web hosting experience I’ve ever had!

I have purchased the three-year plan + 6 additional months for free, because it’s the cheapest with free domain. $3.95 a month is a steal. I have experience with this company only for 2 weeks. For 5 days I experienced 2 downtimes. I e-mailed hosting pad and received reply in a couple of hours stated this: There was a minor issue from the server end and our administrators are currently working. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please get back to us for further assistance. The web server was promptly up within an hour. cPanel is a great help but everything gets wiped out after a server crash. I will only recommend it to those with less money and endless time to use this.

You Get What You Pay For
The give great price, having good Cpanel interfaces and gives satisfactory email services. But the main problem that exist, you cannot utilize their FrontPage. You will always face problems while accessing your site and they will if they cannot handle your problem they will delay by giving excuses that their server is being upgraded, so take care while using this host.

Don’t even think of using web hosting pad. There tech support is awful. There answers though prompt do not refer to the problem at all. They close out tickets before completely satisfying and well monitoring servers is just not their forte. Their servers do not adapt to any scripts and they crash all the time and every time you have to re write directory and file permissions. Do not go to them if you are planning to make money at all.

I will not recommend any body to use Web hosting pad to host websites. I have not had such bad experience with any web hosting service ever and trust me I have been hosting for 14 years now. Three days after signing up I had no hosting and no customer care support because of their lame DNS servers. After this matter cleared up I applied for updates and I was enlisted at the bottom of the queue. Please don’t use web hosting pad because they are no good.

I have been using webhosting pad for a couple of years. I am quite satisfied by what they offer. The services offered are fantastic, but I have just lost all of my web sites and e-mails for the second time, and I’m not getting any response from support. This is the problematic part. Their tech support team is non existent and they just switch you from operator to operator if you get any close to pinning them. Last time their server crashed, web hosting pad had no back up, and I had to set everything up again from scratch. Worse still, using IMAP email (which is brilliant) is problematic when the server is lost and setting up a new account then deletes everything from your computer. Please use it only if you are patient and do like to do things from scratch.
